If processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a – explicit consent to the use – or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a – explicit consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent provided prior to withdrawal.

Similarly, in case of violation of the regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, the authority responsible for monitoring processing in the Italian State.

Likewise, in the event of a violation of the regulations, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, the authority in charge of monitoring data processing in Italy.

VII – SECURITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED
