You can affiliate with this portal and receive commissions on every order originating from your personal links. To use this service, it is necessary to apply. Commissions will be paid upon reaching 50 euros. Shipping costs and any additional charges (excluding customs clearance), if applicable, are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated during the purchase process before the consumer Buyer submits the order. Availability of products<\/span>                <\/a>\n            <\/div><!-- .accordion-title -->\n            <div id=\"acc-agxr592-7-content\" data-id=\"acc-agxr592-7\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"accordion-content tf_hide tf_clearfix\">\n                        <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_top tb_col_count_1 tb_vxo8699\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column tb_ybhy699 first\">\n                    <!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_94me699   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <p>Order Processing:<br>The Supplier ensures, through the telematic system used, the processing and fulfillment of orders without delay.<\/p>\n<p>Stock Availability:<br>If an order exceeds the available quantity in stock, the Supplier will inform the consumer Buyer via email whether the product is no longer available for reservation or provide the waiting times to obtain the chosen product, asking if the Buyer intends to confirm the order or not.<\/p>\n<p>Order Confirmation:<br>The Supplier&#8217;s information system confirms the order registration as quickly as possible by sending a confirmation to the User via email, in accordance with point 4.2.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <\/div><!-- .accordion-content -->\n        <\/li>\n            <li>\n            <div class=\"accordion-title tf_rel\">\n                <a href=\"#acc-agxr592-8\" class=\"tb_title_accordion\" aria-controls=\"acc-agxr592-8-content\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                            <span class=\"accordion-title-wrap\">Art. 9 - Limitations of liability<\/span>                <\/a>\n            <\/div><!-- .accordion-title -->\n            <div id=\"acc-agxr592-8-content\" data-id=\"acc-agxr592-8\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"accordion-content tf_hide tf_clearfix\">\n                        <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_top tb_col_count_1 tb_0f0n698\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column tb_f7jp698 first\">\n                    <!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_ww9u698   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <p>Force Majeure:<br>The Supplier assumes no responsibility for disruptions due to force majeure if it fails to execute the order within the timeframes provided by the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Internet-Related Issues:<br>The Supplier cannot be held responsible towards the consumer Buyer, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, for disruptions or malfunctions related to the use of the Internet outside its control or that of its subcontractors.<\/p>\n<p>Non-Execution of Contract:<br>The Supplier will also not be responsible for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the consumer Buyer due to the non-execution of the contract for reasons not attributable to it.<\/p>\n<p>Fraudulent Use of Payment Methods:<br>The Supplier assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards, checks, and other payment methods by third parties for the payment of purchased products, provided it demonstrates that it has taken all possible precautions based on the best knowledge and experience available at the time and according to ordinary diligence.<\/p>\n<p>Buyer\u2019s Responsibility for Payment Delays:<br>The consumer Buyer cannot be held responsible for delays or issues in payment if it demonstrates that the payment was made within the time and manner specified by the Supplier.<\/p>\n<p>Project File Products:<br>For products derived from project files provided by the Users, the Supplier cannot be held responsible for any issues with the product or parts of it that stem from errors present in the project file submitted by the Buyer.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <\/div><!-- .accordion-content -->\n        <\/li>\n            <li>\n            <div class=\"accordion-title tf_rel\">\n                <a href=\"#acc-agxr592-9\" class=\"tb_title_accordion\" aria-controls=\"acc-agxr592-9-content\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                            <span class=\"accordion-title-wrap\">Art. 10 - Liability for defects, proof of damage and compensable damages: the Supplier's obligations<\/span>                <\/a>\n            <\/div><!-- .accordion-title -->\n            <div id=\"acc-agxr592-9-content\" data-id=\"acc-agxr592-9\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"accordion-content tf_hide tf_clearfix\">\n                        <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_top tb_col_count_1 tb_29u4698\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column tb_r1g7698 first\">\n                    <!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_i90u698   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <p>Compliance with Legal Standards:<br>The Supplier cannot be held liable for the consequences of a defective product if the defect is due to the product&#8217;s conformity with an imperative legal norm or a binding provision, or if the state of scientific and technical knowledge at the time when the producer put the product into circulation did not yet allow the product to be considered defective.<\/p>\n<p>Awareness and Voluntary Exposure:<br>No compensation will be due if the Injured Party was aware of the product defect and the danger arising from it, and nonetheless voluntarily exposed themselves to it.<\/p>\n<p>Proof of Defect and Damage:<br>In any case, the Injured Party must prove the defect, the damage, and the causal connection between the defect and the damage.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation for Damages:<br>The Injured Party can seek compensation for damages caused by death or personal injury, or by the destruction or deterioration of an item other than the defective product, provided that it is normally intended for private use or consumption and was primarily used by the Injured Party.<\/p>\n<p>Threshold for Property Damage:<br>Damage to property as specified in Article 123 of the Consumer Code will be compensable only to the extent that it exceeds the sum of three hundred eighty-seven euros (\u20ac387).<\/p>\n<p>Responsibility for Custom Products:<br>We cannot be held responsible for any proper or improper uses of products generated from files sent by the Buyer themselves.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <\/div><!-- .accordion-content -->\n        <\/li>\n            <li>\n            <div class=\"accordion-title tf_rel\">\n                <a href=\"#acc-agxr592-10\" class=\"tb_title_accordion\" aria-controls=\"acc-agxr592-10-content\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                            <span class=\"accordion-title-wrap\">Art. 11 - Guarantees and assistance methods<\/span>                <\/a>\n            <\/div><!-- .accordion-title -->\n            <div id=\"acc-agxr592-10-content\" data-id=\"acc-agxr592-10\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"accordion-content tf_hide tf_clearfix\">\n                        <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_top tb_col_count_1 tb_rm44698\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column tb_wzgs698 first\">\n                    <!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_il2l698   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <p>Warranty Period:<br>The Supplier is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from the delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>Conformity Assumptions:<br>For the purposes of this contract, consumer goods are presumed to be in conformity with the contract if, where relevant, the following circumstances coexist:<\/p>\n<p>a) They are suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are normally used;<br>b) They conform to the description made by the Seller and possess the qualities of the goods that the Seller presented to the Consumer as a sample or model;<br>c) They present the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type, which the Consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the goods and, where applicable, the public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made about them by the Seller, the producer or their agent or representative, particularly in advertising or on labeling;<br>d) They are also suitable for the particular use wanted by the Consumer and that has been brought to the Seller&#8217;s knowledge at the time of the conclusion of the contract and that the Seller has accepted, even by implication.<br>Reporting Defects:<br>The consumer Buyer loses any rights if they do not report the lack of conformity to the Seller within 2 months from the date the defect was discovered. The report is not necessary if the Seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or has concealed it.<\/p>\n<p>Presumption of Defects:<br>In any case, unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 6 months from the delivery of the goods already existed at that date, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.<\/p>\n<p>Consumer&#8217;s Remedies:<br>In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer Buyer may request, alternatively and without charge, under the conditions indicated below, the repair or replacement of the purchased goods, a price reduction, or the termination of this contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or is excessively burdensome for the Supplier in accordance with Article 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n<p>Written Request:<br>The request must be sent in writing, by registered letter with return receipt, to the Supplier, who will indicate their willingness to proceed with the request, or the reasons that prevent them from doing so, within 7 working days of receipt. In the same communication, where the Supplier has accepted the request of the consumer Buyer, they must indicate the method of shipping or return of the goods as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the defective goods.<\/p>\n<p>Infeasibility or Delay in Repair\/Replacement:<br>If repair and replacement are impossible or excessively burdensome, or if the Supplier has not repaired or replaced the goods within the time period referred to in the previous point, or finally, if the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the consumer Buyer, the latter may request, at their choice, an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract. In such a case, the consumer Buyer must send their request to the Supplier, who will indicate their willingness to proceed with it, or the reasons that prevent them from doing so, within 7 working days of receipt.<\/p>\n<p>Price Reduction or Termination:<br>In the same communication, where the Supplier has accepted the request of the consumer Buyer, they must indicate the proposed price reduction or the method of returning the defective goods. For the purposes of exercising the right of withdrawal, the notification can be validly replaced by the return of the purchased goods, provided it is within the same time frame. The delivery date to the post office or courier will serve as proof between the Parties.<\/p>\n<p>Return of Goods:<br>The return of the goods must occur no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such data may be shown only upon request of the judicial authorities or other authorities authorized by law.<\/p>\n<p>Disclosure of Data:<br>Personal data will be disclosed, upon signing a confidentiality commitment, only to parties tasked with performing the necessary activities for the execution of the stipulated contract and communicated exclusively within that scope.<\/p>\n<p>Consumer Rights:<br>The consumer Buyer enjoys the rights provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196\/2003, including the right to:<\/p>\n<p>a) Update, rectify, or, when interested, integrate the data;<br>b) Delete, anonymize, or block data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;<br>c) Obtain certification that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also concerning their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.<br>The data subject also has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:<\/p>\n<p>i) For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;<br>ii) The processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.<br>Necessary Data Provision:<br>The communication of personal data by the consumer Buyer is a necessary condition for the correct and timely execution of this contract. Without it, the consumer Buyer\u2019s request cannot be processed.<\/p>\n<p>Data Retention:<br>In any case, the acquired data will be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. Their removal will be done securely.<\/p>\n<p>Data Controller:<br>The data controller is the Supplier, to whom the consumer Buyer can address any request at the company headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Non-Confidential Communications:<br>Any communication received at the Center\u2019s address (including email) (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, materials, etc.) will not be considered confidential information or data, must not violate others&#8217; rights, must contain valid information, not harmful to others&#8217; rights, and truthful.
